Food grade Citric Acid in granulated crystal form.

Citric acid can be used to make pH adjustments in the mash, also taste adjustments to acidity in lower alcohol beers or beers that have finished a little sweet to make them taste a little more balanced.

Also used in cleaning equipment, most notably using a citric acid solution to rinse following a caustic wash to neutralise the caustic – (then rinsed with clean water and sanitiser prior to use).

Can also be used to make 'bath bombs' and sherbet.
