This is the grain bill for this beer – You will also need 2 packets of East Kent Goldings, and two packs of Bramling Cross and I suggest two packets of Lalbrew London yeast for this 50 litre batch but you could use any one of a number of UK yeasts to ferment this beer – choose something with average attenuation to leave a bit of sweetness to back up the malt and hops.
