This is a ready to go All Grain recipe for a 'single batch' 23 litres of an American IPA. Grain is sent pre-crushed unless requested otherwise in the comments section. You will need to add in yeast and hops unless you already have some lurking in the fridge at home and there are a number of suitable yeasts you can use for this brew- I prefer Lallemand Verdant for this recipe but Mangrove Jacks M44 or Lallemend BRY-97 also produce a great end result. Appropriate liquid yeast suggestions for this recipe are also below, check their characteristics to tailor your finished beer.

This brew will require a single package of yeast and the recipe sheet gives rates for 90gm of centennial, 70gms of simcoe, 50gms riwaka, 30gm columbus but you can always choose something different if you wish to follow your own hop schedule.
