An easy drinking, refreshing ale made with 100% Australian ingredients.Dry Hopping is not necessary with this style but if you’d like to experiment you could try 40g of Galaxy or Vic Secret in the fermenter 3 days before packaging. 

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.054 undiluted, 1.046 with 3 litres of water added
Bitterness: 21 IBU’s using Warrior hops.
Grist make up: JW Pilsner, Vienna 5%
Flavour hopped with Galaxy and Vic Secret hops. Dry hopping suggestions: Galaxy, Vic Secret.
Recommended yeasts: K97, BRU 97, SAF US05.
