Gladfield brown malt

Description

Gladfield Brown Malt is a stronger version of Biscuit Malt, made from green chitted malt. It imparts a dry biscuit, toasted hazelnut style flavor and gives a deep amber hue to the beer. This malt is ideal for use in Porters, Stouts, Dark Ales, or Dunkels in small amounts, typically up to 15%.
