A recipe showcasing Sultana hops caramelised pineapple and raisin flavours, with the honey like sweetness of Weyermann Vienna, Simpsons Golden Promise and Gladfield toffee malts. Suggested Yeast is Lallemand Verdant IPA fermented at 22-24 degrees to get the full yeast character.

This beer is intended to be an easy Golden coloured American Pale Ale style around 5.3% abv with a bitterness of about 30 IBU and a totally in your face presentation of the intense hop aroma. Uses only 50g of Sultana so you can get two brews out of your 100gm packet of hops!

This is the grain bill only – you will need to add 1 x packet of Sultana Hops and 1 x Lallemand Verdant IPA yeast, or alternatively you can choose your preferred yeast and hops to go with this grain bill.
